How Long Street works
Long Street lets anyone launch a memecoin that copies a real trader. The token's trading fees pay for the copying, and the profit goes to the people who hold the token.
- 1.Launch & pick a trader
Create a token and choose any Hyperliquid trader for it to copy.
- 2.Fees fund a copy account
50% of trading fees go to an account that mirrors the trader's new trades.
- 3.Profit paid every week
Realized profit is sent to token holders in SOL every Monday. The capital keeps trading.
Where trading fees go
- 50% Copy account?
- 25% Buy back & burn this token?
- 10% NFT holders (coming soon)?
- 15% Platform token buyback (accumulating, not burned yet)?
Questions
What happens when I buy a token? ›
Every buy and sell pays a small trading fee. 50% of it goes into the token's copy account, which copies the chosen Hyperliquid trader. When that account closes trades in profit, the profit is shared among everyone holding the token.
When and how are payouts made? ›
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC. The week's realized profit (from closed trades) is converted to SOL and sent to holders in proportion to how many tokens they hold. You don't need to claim anything.
What if the trader loses? ›
Then there is no payout that week. Losses stay inside the copy account and nobody is asked to pay anything. The account keeps copying, and only future profit is paid out.
Can someone take the money out of the copy account? ›
No. The capital in the copy account can't be withdrawn by anyone, not the creator and not Long Street. Only realized profit leaves it, and always to holders.
Can the trader be changed? ›
Only the token's creator can switch to a different trader, at most once every 24 hours. All open trades are closed first, any profit not yet paid goes to holders, and the capital stays and keeps trading with the new trader.
What are “NFT holders” and the “platform token buyback”? ›
10% of fees is reserved for Long Street NFT holders (coming soon; until then it's held at a temporary address). 15% is saved in SOL to buy the future Long Street platform token once it launches. Nothing is bought or burned yet.
